Large-Format Porcelain Slabs for Bathroom Walls
Large-format porcelain can give bathroom walls a broad, calm surface with fewer grout joints. The wall beneath it needs equally careful attention.

Decide where the visual lines go
Fewer joints make each edge, corner, and opening more noticeable. Planning the whole wall first helps the finish look intentional.
Check wall preparation
Large panels need a flat, stable backing. M.S Tile evaluates the wall and can use Schluter KERDI-BOARD as part of an appropriate bathroom assembly.
Keep the surface even
M.S Tile prepares the wall and aligns neighboring tile faces so the finished surface looks even. Broad porcelain panels make uneven edges especially noticeable, so this is part of the installation plan.
Plan wet areas as a system
In shower areas, the wall finish belongs over a complete waterproofing assembly. Discuss niches, fixtures, and transitions before selecting panel sizes.
